Goat’s Rue (Galega officinalis) Herb extract* (1:5) 2 ml/400mg, Sugar Cane Alcohol*, Water
This thing worked for me. I was skeptical. I read so many reviews before purchasing and it took me about a week to see the difference. It seems to be different for everyone to see the result so be patient. The biggest thing I noticed is that my breast got noticeably bigger (not fuller, but bigger) which goats rue is suppose to develope the mammary tissues. I used to pump until I saw nothing coming out but now no matter how much I pump there seems to be more milk to come out. I didn't notice a huge difference in how much I pump out - I think I have flange size issues. However, even not having to worry about milk running out has taken so much stress away from me. There is no one magic solution to producing more breastmilk. You need to hydrate, pump often, eat well, sleep well, etc. However this product definitely was a huge part of my milk supply increase and I would recommend you give it a try! I am currently taking the goats rue and the milk aplenty. Thank you Rumina. I am now a believer.

Love the products but have been waiting 3 weeks to receive my order that i rely on for lactation support.. while i do understand its a very busy time, 3 weeks is a little excessive. They still have not arrived :(

I am writing this review the same day I used this product for the first time. My first impression is the taste for sure is not the best. The first dosage I took as is but second one I mixed with water. I pumped later in the day and I have noticed a difference for sure. I noticed my supply was drying up and after using goats rue I noticed it increasing/coming back. I cannot wait to see my results with this over the next few days. I went from getting less than 1oz to pumping out 1 oz on each side! Truly recommend this product
The taste is awful for sure! We don't flavour our products with any added ingredients, to ensure you are getting only therapeutic herbs to maximize lacation support. If the taste is really tough, consider our alcohol free version of Goat's Rue. It contains the same herbal content, but it extracted with glycerin so is much easier to get down...

Disappointed with result but I love the product
I have produced this product many times before. With my last child I used the milk aplenty and the milk way. I was so overjoyed to the results (I would yield 4-6oz in addition to feeding) . However this time I’m disappointed to this experience. I am using Goat’s Rue for the first time and I’m finding in this only yielding half an ounce (0.5oz). I am so disheartened
