Our Shipping Policy

Trust us, as Mamas we know how important it is to receive our products as fast as possible. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Because we work ninja fast, we may not be able to modify your order once it’s been placed. You will receive notification when your order has shipped, which includes your tracking number. All major carriers are experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19. This is frustrating for us - we wish we could hand deliver it to you ourselves! But, alas - there may be potential delays on the shipping end of things that are outside our control. All shipping times are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates and Estimates For USA

If you are Canadian, we ship from Brampton. For our American friends, your order ships out of Phoenix. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Your options and cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It can take upwards of 30-45 days to receive international orders.

Return Policy

We stand by our products 100% but also stand behind our customers!  We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely over the moon with your product, you may ship it back to us for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to any return at support@ruminanaturals.ca so we can advise you on where to mail your return.  Rumina Naturals will only refund the cost of the product, not any shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Rumina Naturals will only refund products purchased directly from ruminanaturals.ca/com. All other Rumina Naturals products must be returned to the place of purchase for a refund.
