Hi! We are transitioning to graduated droppers - please know that a dropperful is appoximately 1 ml, so directions are to take 2 dropperfuls three times a day. I’ve used this for my first baby and now for my second. I notice a significant increase in my milk supply when I take it and my supply will go back to normal if I forget it! It tastes brutal but it’s very worth it.

How much alcohol is used in the tincture? Due to religious reasons we are limited to how much alcohol we can consume, when it comes to medicinal products. If the percentage is low we are able to consume.

This was recommended by a friend who swore by it. I tried this product for 3 days and I’m not entirely sure if it made a difference. Maybe?
However, I had to stop because I started to get a sore throat and mild nose bleed from it. I couldn’t find if there are any side effects from it but I stopped any way and so did my symptoms.
