My milk supply was at 950ml and was not increasing at this point. I started using the tincture "Milk aplenty" and noticed my supply go up almost by 20%, within a week I was producing up to 1200ml which was my goal to feed my LO. Just gave me the extra kick I needed to reach that goal. Beware the taste is horrible but it does work.

I’m an under producer and my lactation specialist recommended this to me. I started producing 1-2 oz more per let down and it was huge for me as I was only producing 1-2 oz before. Wish it was a little more affordable.

Milk a plenty saved my supply! I had been taking other herbs and slowly saw an increase but milk a plenty really came in as the star! I was at my wits end with my under supply before I found Rumina. I went from getting less than 2oz to 5-6 in about 2 weeks and cannot rave enough about this concoction! Their customer service is top notch and they’re here to make this journey smooth for you.
