I got my first bottle today, just yesterday i had a clogged duct and my supply went down on the affected side. It's not the best taste but I hope it works. My onky question for now is how do I take it? Can I add it to some water? Maybe oats? Or straight out the bottle?
I really hope this helps me and if I can ill be back in 3 weeks to give an update.

This is the second time that I’m ordering this products and I love them. This really really works and they make a huge difference on my milk supply.
I’ve also ordered the tallow cream but the lavender smell is to strong for me. If you like lavender then this is probably a nice cream for you.

Increase my milk supply by 20%
My milk supply was at 950ml and was not increasing at this point. I started using the tincture "Milk aplenty" and noticed my supply go up almost by 20%, within a week I was producing up to 1200ml which was my goal to feed my LO. Just gave me the extra kick I needed to reach that goal. Beware the taste is horrible but it does work.
This is fabulous! We know it tastes awful, but it sure works! We do have alcohol free tinctures available, which taste great! Thanks for the review - we appreciate hearing from our mamas.
