My IBCLC recommended this when my supply started to drop and my little one was getting upset. Within 2-3 days of taking, my supply doubled! I got my first bottle today, just yesterday i had a clogged duct and my supply went down on the affected side. It's not the best taste but I hope it works. My onky question for now is how do I take it? Can I add it to some water? Maybe oats? Or straight out the bottle?
I really hope this helps me and if I can ill be back in 3 weeks to give an update.
