They are okay 2.5 rating

These are just okay.
For the price I believe I should be feeling a lot better (more energy, not as sleepy, or constipated yada yada) but I haven’t noticed any difference from when I was taking cheaper drugstore ones.
The other issue that I have is the smell. The smell of these is awful. When you open the jar its actually not super bad but once you actually swallow, the breath that comes up….so bad. Dont even get me started on if your burping a lot. It’s so bad.
Having said that, I have become pretty sensitive to smells and these just smell awful. But that might just be me and I can’t blame the vitamins for that.
Furthermore the vitamin C in these isn’t real. The body has a really hard time absorbing Ascorbic Acid. Again, I feel like for the price they should be using natural and higher quality medical ingredients.
I’m impressed that they actually use folate and B12(Methylcobalamin) which most of the other brands just use man made garbage that does more harm for you than good.
All in all if you’re looking for a prenatal with quality ingredients this is definitely a good option but for the price I feel like it’s maybe not worth it and there are cheaper options that could potentially be just as good quality (Bird and Bee for example).
But again. They are really decent quality and I applaud this company.
This is just my personal option and shouldn’t deter you for trying these out for yourself

Excellent vitamins

I have been feeling a lot better this pregnancy than last and I think a big part of that is these vitamins. They aren’t upsetting my stomach or causing constipation and I have a lot more energy/ iron stores have been great.
Can’t recommend enough!

So great to hear! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us and other mamas looking into prenatal vitamins. Have a wonderful day! xx, Rumina Naturals

Great mulitvitamin

I am not a vitamin expert, but these seem to be good! I don't find any weird after taste etc. Having to take them 3 times a day is slightly inconvenient, but worth it for the high quality ingredients in my opinion. Aside from the product, the customer service and support at Rumina is incredible.
